Katherine Rippe Reilly launched Sunny Owl in 2021 and has since placed 80+ candidates. She partners with growth stage VC and PE-backed companies to fill their most critical roles. Prior to her recruiting career, Katherine was a consultant at BCG, where she led growth strategy, due diligence, and restructuring projects for clients in private equity and consumer packaged goods. Katherine also spent several years as an operator; she grew an aesthetic medicine tech startup incubator within Allergan / AbbVie from the ground up, scaling the team and driving marketing strategy and investment decisions.

Katherine holds an AB from Harvard and an MBA from Chicago Booth. She lives in NYC with her husband and two daughters.
